We know these people. We know how they lead, how they think, and what they need to do their best work. That context doesn't exist in a database. It exists because we built a community worth being part of, and the people in it chose to be here.
We place full-time and fractional product leaders at the Director-to-C-suite level. Whether you need someone in the seat permanently or a seasoned operator to lead through a specific moment, the standard is the same.

02Who we are
Most searches start with a job description. Ours start with a conversation about what you're actually trying to solve. Sometimes that's a full-time hire. Sometimes it's a fractional leader who can move faster and costs less. Sometimes you think you need one and actually need the other.
Product Hang is led by a C-suite product leader with years of fractional experience across health and climate companies. We help you figure out what you actually need before we start making introductions.
03How we operate
We are intentionally small. We run a handful of searches at a time, not a pipeline of hundreds. Every engagement gets our full attention.
We operate with discretion by default. We don't publicize our clients or our placements unless there's explicit agreement to do so. The companies we work with tend to prefer it that way, and so do we.
