01For product leaders

Membership begins with a conversation, not a form. Someone in the community brings your name forward, or our team reaches out directly. From there, two live conversations happen before any decision is made.

Those conversations are not screenings. They are the beginning of a relationship. We want to know who you are, what you are building, and what you are looking for at this stage of your career. You should want to know the same about us.

If it is the right fit, a formal invitation follows. That is when membership begins and the community opens up — the people, the conversations, the opportunities, and the access that comes from being in a room where everyone has earned their seat.

02For companies

It starts with a conversation with Christopher. Not an intake form, not a coordinator. A C-suite product leader who will help you get clear on what you actually need before anything else happens.

From there, we move deliberately. We do not send a shortlist on a timeline. We make introductions when the fit is right. Every person we bring to you has been part of this community, is known to us personally, and has been vetted before you ever meet them.

We handle full-time and fractional searches at the Director-to-C-suite level. We operate with discretion throughout. When the right introduction is made, you will know it.
